Privacy notice
What personal data we collect, why we hold it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
01 Who this covers
This notice explains how CopyPit handles personal data collected through this website and through support and affiliate-transfer requests made through it.
CopyPit is operated from Latvia and is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us using the contact route in section 09. If a registered company later takes over the service, this notice will name it.
02 What we collect
When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
When you visit: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to the extent our hosting provider logs it.
03 Why we use it
To handle affiliate-transfer requests with PU Prime.
To respond to support enquiries.
To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
To keep the site secure and to diagnose technical faults.
04 Legal basis
Where data protection law applies to you, we rely on performance of a contract for affiliate-transfer requests, legitimate interests for site security and support, and legal obligation for financial record-keeping.
Where we send marketing email, we rely on consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Netlify hosts this website and processes site traffic. Telegram carries support conversations. PU Prime holds your trading account data under its own privacy policy. Myfxbook serves the performance charts on the strategies page, so loading one reveals your IP address to Myfxbook.
We no longer use Google Analytics, and web fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer safeguards set out in their own privacy policies apply.
$206 Performance data
Trading performance data displayed on this site relates to the strategy accounts we operate, not to customers. It contains no customer personal data, and no customer account is ever displayed.
07 How long we keep it
Affiliate-transfer records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Support correspondence is kept while it remains relevant, then deleted.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no analytics tracker, no advertising pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Full detail, including the one third party your browser contacts, is on our cookie policy.
$209 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in portable form.
To exercise any of these, message us on Telegram at @copypitsupport. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10 Security
Access to systems holding personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
